Delivery

• We deliver to mainland UK only.
• Delivery times of 1–6 weeks are estimates based on stock and courier availability. We will always keep you informed of any delays.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
• For large items, a kerbside or room-of-choice delivery may be arranged — we will contact you to confirm.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. Failed deliveries may incur a re-delivery charge.

Returns

We want you to love your furniture. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

How to return

1. Email us at hello@casamangodesigns.com within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions and a return address.
3. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

Return costs

• If the item is faulty or damaged on arrival, we will cover the return cost.
• If you are returning for any other reason (e.g. changed your mind), the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or faulty items

Please inspect your delivery carefully. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please:

• Take photos of the damage before unpacking further.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@casamangodesigns.com.
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for a full refund. Once dispatched, the standard returns process above applies. To cancel, email hello@casamangodesigns.com as soon as possible with your order number.
