Products and pricing

• All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration.
• Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you promptly and offer a full refund.

Ordering

• By placing an order you confirm you are over 18 and are legally capable of entering a binding contract.
• Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Card details are processed securely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

Delivery

• We deliver to mainland UK only.
• Standard delivery is £7.99. Orders over £99 qualify for free delivery.
• Estimated delivery times are 1–6 weeks depending on the item. These are estimates and not guaranteed.
• We will contact you with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns and cancellations

Please see our Delivery & Returns page for full details. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods and return them for a full refund.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability to you in respect of any order shall not exceed the total price paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Casa Mango Designs or our suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
