Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £99. For smaller orders, standard delivery is a flat £7.99, shown at checkout.

What is mango wood?

Mango wood is a dense, durable hardwood harvested from mango trees once they reach the end of their fruit-bearing cycle — typically after 15–20 years. Rather than going to waste, the timber is crafted into beautiful furniture. This makes mango wood one of the most sustainable tropical hardwoods available.

Is every piece unique?

Yes. Because mango wood is a natural material, each piece has its own distinctive grain pattern, knots, and colour variation. No two items are ever identical — that's part of what makes solid wood furniture so special.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by item — smaller pieces typically arrive within 1–2 weeks, while larger furniture can take up to 6 weeks. Each product page shows the specific estimated delivery time for that item. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return items in their original, unused condition. Please contact us first to arrange your return. See our Delivery & Returns page for full details.

Do you ship outside the UK?

We currently deliver to mainland UK only. International shipping is something we're working towards — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.

What's the difference between your Mango Wood Collection and your homeware range?

Our Mango Wood Collection focuses on solid hardwood furniture — dining tables, coffee tables, bed frames, chest of drawers, sideboards and more. Our homeware range complements these pieces with lighting, mirrors, soft furnishings, artwork, and decorative accessories to help you complete the look.

How do I care for solid wood furniture?

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also use our Track Order page.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible — at no cost to you.
